Authorization Terms

By clicking "Authorize" (or checking the agreement box), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1Authorization for Direct Payment

You hereby authorize Courserev.ai (the "Company") to initiate debit entries to your provided bank account at the named financial institution (the "Depository").

This authorization covers the collection of recurring subscription and service payments specifically for Courserev.ai's Voice AI tee-time booking services.

2Payment Schedule and Terms

Frequency: Recurring payments will be withdrawn within the first 5 days of each month, or the nearest business day.

Insufficient Funds: Any ACH debits returned due to insufficient funds may result in a service charge of $35.

Compliance: You acknowledge that the origination of these ACH transactions must comply with all applicable provisions of U.S. law.

3Cancellation and Revocation

This authorization will remain in full effect until you notify the Company in writing of its termination.

You must provide at least 15 days' notice to revoke this authorization to allow the Company and the bank a reasonable opportunity to act.

4Dispute Waiver

You agree not to dispute these scheduled debits with your bank, provided that the transactions correspond to the terms outlined in this agreement.
